Household Management Template

As a stay at home mom, it can be very difficult to keep track of everything within your household if you don't have a centralized system like this one. I've created this after one of my customers requested it but I'm hoping that other moms will find it useful as well.

I'm also more than happy to do minor tweaks if there's something you need help customizing- I understand that not all moms have similar needs ♥︎

What's included in this Aesthetic & Functional template?

• Cleaning Section: A space where you can easily manage daily recurring chores as well as occasional/seasonal chores.
• Family: To input important details about family members (even children), their birthdays, likes, allergies and any events that you'd like to plan whether it's related to your family or not.
• Meal Planner: To help you prepare adequately for means, prep ingredients, track how much time each meal takes, how difficult it it to make as well as a complete database for all of your recipes. Hint: Feel free to drag any recipe from your recipe book into the weekly meal prep section ;)
• Finances: I wanted to make this as simple as possible but I've also added a section to help you track subscriptions. The main finance tracker has income, expenses and budget tracking sections.
• Inventory: Track how many items you have in stock depending on the category e.g. bathroom, kitchen, meal prep ingredients, personal, maintenance tools etc.
• Hobbies: This is basically a time tracker for your hobbies. There's a "start session" button for when you want to start indulging in your favorite activities and an "end session" button for when you're done. It automatically calculates how much time you spend per session and per hobby.
• Maintenance: This is a page for all of your service provider contacts, your rating of their services and all the work that they do in your house. When you set the service frequency (weekly, monthly, annually etc.), it automatically shows you the date of your next maintenance appointment.
• Daily Planner: You personal goals, priorities, to-dos of the day, overdue & upcoming tasks.
• Overview: This is an at-a-glance view that tells you what's going on in your other pages. For example: "You have 3 meals to prep today: Chicken burrito, Spaghetti & Tiramisu".
